The artists leave their homes, where reactions and interactions are often familiar and defined.
They come together in a foreign city, where they themselves are the others, simultaneously being in the city,
as well as apart from it due to their position as foreigners.

Alex Mirutziu


Alex Mirutziu is a Romanian artist who makes work that's pretty queer, he has an interesting website which can be found HERE the navigation of the site is a little unusual but it's worth the effort, I came across him in an issue of DIK Fagazine which is a queer art zine produced in Poland, their recent issue focuses on Romania.
